Foundational Phase: Apprentice Schooling (2016–2020)
Between 2016 and 2020, Skills Beyond Education ran an apprentice-based schooling initiative focused on meaningful work, parent engagement and holistic child development. Bringing in practices from farming, outdoor survival skills, stargazing, carpentry, pottery, book-publishing, traditional hands-based skills, gamifying learning and more.
This phase deeply shaped our philosophy of structured human development and laid the groundwork for our present performance architecture.
